This post is meant to be as a reminder, and i hope that you can take something from it .
I think that many of us have forgotten what christmas is really about, and why it is a celebration, or birthday ,to be more precise. Ofcourse, it is wonderfl to dine with our loved ones, recieve gifts and decorate christmas tree. But not without a reason i mentioned birthday -it is the day when Jesus was born. Well we tend to remember him once or twice a year ,including christmas, but a challenge for you is to keep him in your heart not only on Christmas and maybe Easter, but throughout the whole year.
Christmas is a birthday.

Big talk
So on the firt tuesday of each month , we have something , what I would like to call the "Big talk " where well known christians share theyr experiences ,stories from life and most important theyr belief- inspiring others. Last tuesday we were visited by Mudīte Murdoka and she was interviewed by Ulvis Kravalis. Well it was supposed to be interesting ,and so on, but it turned out so much more. She is a living proof, of Gods work ,reminding us what can you really do with God by your side.
She became a christian ,when she was 32, only word she used to describe it was- magical, and it truly is, Now she's helping others putting it under the word charity, but it does feel a little bit more personal to be just charity, she is one of the camp Hope founders in Latvia, and has been working on many other projects , but she has got a head full of ideas, and we had a glimpse on one of them.
- If I had million dollars my dream would be to build a christian youth center in Ogre, because i've noticed that kids, are a little bit scared of the whole church atmosphere, so I want to make a place where thay could feel free, but still be close to God, that would be nice.
She's got many followers who are continuing her work.
When the interview was over she left us with the feeling that every good job, every good, heartmeant prayer counts, we were inspired.

Training!
Jordan played basketball for Laney High School in Wilmington, North Carolina. Ironically, Jordan was cut from the varsity team as a sophomore. "Whenever I was working out and got tired and figured I ought to stop, I'd close my eyes and see that list in the locker room without my name on it," Jordan said, "and that usually got me going again." He eventually made the team and led it to the state championship.
The number of records that Jordan holds will boggle the mind of even the most seasoned mathematics wizard. In 1984 Michael Jordan was the third player to be drafted after Hakim Olajuwon and Sam Bowie. Jordan was drafted by the Chicago Bulls. Jordan went on to guide the Bulls to six NBA Championships (1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998). During all his championship winning years he was also named as NBA Finals MVP.
If Michael Jordan would give up after that first failure and stop training the world would never see the greatest basketball player of all times.

This Tuesday we are going to talk about how to train, for what to train and why to train?
